The quality of the paper or labels used makes a difference. Lower quality paper and label materials can be more abrasive and cause damage to the printer's print head and integrated cutter. Standard thermal and matrix paper rolls are available from Star dealers. Star can also offer special paper sizes for the Star mPOP as well as for our kiosk and mobile printers.
