Transmission power 6W on marine VHF. The HX320 provides a transmission power of 6 watts, also selectable to 2.5W or 1W. Strong audio output of 7W. The HX320 is designed to be heard, even in noisy environments, with 7W from the internal speaker.

IPX7 submersible floating construction (1 m of water for 30 minutes). Robust and reliable, the VHF HX320 is designed to float and withstand submersion due to the IPX7 water resistance rating when the MIC/SP and USB sockets are protected by the rubber caps.

Water-activated emergency strobe light. When the HX320 comes into contact with water, the strobe light activates to locate the VHF in low light conditions. This function works whether the radio is on or off.

17-hour autonomy with built-in lithium-polymer battery. The high-capacity integrated lithium-polymer battery of 2100 mAh provides approximately 17 hours of autonomy based on service cycle = (Tx) 5 s : (Rx) 5 s : (Standby) 90 s; with Tx power (high), Bluetooth off.

USB charging (USB Type-C). The VHF is equipped with a USB Type-C port. The USB-AC charger is included.

Display. Visibility is enhanced by a large LCD screen.

Wireless Bluetooth headset option. With the optional SSM-BT10 Kit, you can use the VHF HX320E with a wireless Bluetooth headset.

Quick access channel [16/S]. The emergency channel 16 is immediately accessible by pressing the [16/S] button.
