Staedtler pastel chalk pencils for painting and coloring velvety matte images. This set includes 12 highly pigmented pastel pencils in a hexagonal shape from the "Design Journey" series. The wooden pencils have a diameter of approximately 8 mm and a lead diameter of about 3 mm. The soft, powdery lead allows for delicate color gradients to be achieved. The colors are easy to smudge and can be mixed together to create additional shades. Both broad strokes and fine details can be applied on colored paper as well. The wood is sourced from FSC-certified, sustainably managed forests.
