PETG Spectrum Transparent Red 1.75mm 1kg is an easy-to-print yet strong and odorless filament that stands out for its high clarity. These features, combined with high impact resistance, excellent flexibility, and extremely low shrinkage, make PETG an outstanding material that combines the advantages of ABS and PLA. PETG is hydrophobic and does not absorb water. PET-G is a polyethylene thermoplastic polyester and the most commonly used thermoplastic polymer resin from the polyester family. It is used in fibers for clothing, containers for liquids and food, thermoforming for manufacturing, and in combination with fiberglass for technical resins. PET-G is an ideal material for producing transparent packaging and other products that require higher strength, impact resistance, and transparency.

With Spectrum PET-G, your 3D model will have the following properties: scratch resistance, durability, and stability, along with high temperature resistance. Advantages of PET-G include high transparency, hydrophobicity, odorlessness, and very high print quality. The printing temperature ranges from 230-255°C. A heated bed temperature is not strictly necessary due to the low warping effect, but a range of about 55–80°C is recommended. The warping effect is extremely low.

Spool size: spool diameter 200mm, spool height 78mm, hub hole diameter 53mm. Storage should be cool and dry (15-25°C) and away from UV light to significantly improve shelf life. Each desktop 3D printer has its own unique characteristics. Therefore, you may need to experiment a bit with the temperature settings to achieve the best results. To obtain optimal results for your prints, you need to consider variables such as the nozzle diameter of your 3D printer, your print speed settings, and the layer height.
