Product details

UV and heat-resistant filament ASA 275 is a professional material designed for desktop 3D printers. The ASA composition (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) has been specifically modified to make the material more flexible, improve flow properties, reduce shrinkage, and enhance layer adhesion. One of the main advantages of the ASA 275 modification is the simplification of printing parameters. The technical material ASA 275 is as easy to print as premium PLA. This allows for the production of large models without the risk of deformation after cooling, while also enabling relatively high printing speeds. ASA 275 is resistant to UV radiation and other weather conditions.

Key features:

  • Excellent resistance to external influences and changing weather conditions
  • Good heat resistance (HDT 85 °C)
  • Glossy print surface
  • UV resistance
  • Perfect layer adhesion
  • Printable on desktop printers without a heated chamber
  • High-speed printing (up to 200 mm/s)
  • Printing process comparable to classic PLA

Applications:

  • Functional prototypes
  • Tools
  • Production tools
