All models are equipped with a high-speed CPU and dedicated Xstream Flow processor for powerful hardware acceleration. Sophos Firewall's Xstream architecture is designed to deliver extremely high levels of visibility, protection and performance, enabling administrators to easily tackle today's most challenging networks. Best-in-class price/performance thanks to dual-processor architecture. Each model is optionally available with integrated WLAN for all-in-one connectivity. An expansion slot on all XGS-116/126/136 models improves compatibility for 3G/4G when used with our optional module. On w models, an expansion bay can be used to add an optional second WLAN transmitter module. Power-over-Ethernet ports are integrated into the XGS 116, XGS 126 and XGS 136 models (2.5 GE on 136). An optional second power supply, available on all XGS-1xx models, provides additional resilience that cannot be taken for granted in these form factors. The SFP port on all models can be used for FTTH/FTTP or with the optional VDSL modem.
