Der Sony kommt recht klobig daher und deshalb ist man etwas verwundert, dass er neben satten sowie präzisen Bässen auch die Höhen beherrscht. Kein Rauschen und keine Verzerrungen machen den Klang durchaus detailreich, sodass auch Musikliebhaber auf ihre Kosten kommen können. Klangliche Schwächen oder bei der Verarbeitung konnten ebenfalls nicht festgestellt werden...
Der Sony Kopfhörer wird mit einem externen Senderteil ausgeliefert, der auch 3D und UHD unterstützt. Speziell für das Heimkino ist das Modell dann ehr gut geeignet und der Surround Sound kann such hören klassen.
