Exceptionally small and lightweight. The incredibly compact LinkBuds weigh only about four grams and are a technological marvel in a mini format. Unlike conventional headphones, the protective cover of the speaker membrane is integrated into the housing, saving space.
Comfortable and secure fit. The LinkBuds combine a shape perfectly adapted to the human ear with an ergonomic design that provides a more stable fit. In designing the LinkBuds, we relied on extensive data about ear shapes collected since the introduction of the first in-ear headphones in 1982. A newly developed ring-shaped driver unit, where the center of the membrane is left open for greater audio transparency, allows you to clearly perceive sounds around you. So you can hear when someone calls your name during a call and talk to friends while your music is playing.

The precise voice pickup technology with advanced audio signal processing transmits your voice clearly and distinctly to the person on the other end, even in noisy environments. Our noise-cancellation algorithm was developed using artificial intelligence and machine learning based on 500 million voice patterns.

Conceptually, however, the Sony device is closer to an in-ear than an open-ear headphone - this has many advantages in terms of sound, but it is not quite as reliable in traffic.
The imperceptible in-ear is sensitive to its surroundings and ergonomically designed for continuous use. Despite the sophisticated app, there is still room for improvement in the sound quality.
