A glance at the technical data alone shows this: The lens is not particularly fast and does not have an integrated image stabiliser. This means that while taking pictures in daylight should not be a problem, in twilight the camera would have to compensate for the lack of light intensity of the lens with a higher light sensitivity of the sensor and/or a longer exposure time...
The Sony FE 4-5.6/28-60 mm does what it is supposed to do: It delivers very good performance in a compact form at a low price.
