The compact and versatile premium ultra-wide-angle zoom lens FE 12-24mm F2.8 GM (model designation SEL-1224GM) is ideal for landscape photography, night and sky photography and architectural views. It also provides additional mobility for active sports photographers who want to work with ultra-wide angles. Three XA elements, including a particularly large one, together with an aspherical element ensure an innovative optical design for outstanding G Master resolution across the entire image area. Two Super ED and three ED glass elements reduce chromatic aberrations and the new AR Nano Coating II minimises light and ghost effects for clear, sharp images. Constant maximum F2.8 aperture for flexible video recording.
