The Sonos Play:3 is a wireless multiroom music player with excellent sound, featuring three built-in speakers and three digital amplifiers. It integrates seamlessly into your existing Sonos installation or serves as an entry-level option into the Sonos ecosystem.

Two Play:3 units can be set up in a room and configured as a stereo pair.

It includes three Class D digital amplifiers (one tweeter, two midrange drivers, one bass radiator) and supports internet radio streaming in MP3 and WMA formats, as well as compatibility with Rhapsody, iTunes, WinAmp, Windows Media Player, and MusicMatch playlists (.m3u, .pls, .wpl).
