DMX cables from the premium manufacturer Sommer CableThese assembled cables are perfectly suited for the transmission of the 110 Ohm AES/EBU 2 DMX512 data format.Important: The use of a standard microphone cable is not advisable due to data and information loss (caused by the "skin effect"). Data loss in the lighting sector causes a total jam of signal transmissions, e.g. in the control of moving light systems.The very favorable price of this cable should simplify the change from a standard microphone cable to a proper AES/EBU cable. Our AES/EBU cable guarantees error-free data transfer even over longer distances of up to 100 meters. We use the AES/EBU cable BINARY 434 AES/EBU MKII with 100% shielding and black HICON XLR connectors in a robust full metal design.
