Product details

GammaMaster NozzleDie GammaMaster® Nozzle is the latest nozzle technology from Slice Engineering, incorporating cutting-edge advancements in metallurgy and surface preparation. Gone are the days of having to compromise on thermal performance when printing with abrasive filaments, as GammaMaster offers the ultimate solution. Specifically designed for printing with abrasive filaments, this RepRap nozzle provides unparalleled thermal conductivity without compromise.

Thermal Performance
With a unique hardened alloy, GammaMaster combines the durability of an abrasion-resistant nozzle with the thermal efficiency of a standard brass nozzle. Its 2.7 times higher thermal conductivity compared to hardened steel nozzles eliminates the need for higher nozzle temperatures when printing with abrasive filaments.

Abrasion Resistance
The GammaMaster nozzle is protected by a limited lifetime warranty against abrasive wear and can effortlessly handle a variety of materials. From everyday PLA to robust glass-fiber reinforced PEI, this exceptional nozzle boasts an impressive Rockwell C hardness of 63 when printing with abrasive filaments.

Anti-Adhesive Surface
Slice's innovative low-gamma coating reduces the surface energy of the nozzle, preventing plastic buildup around the tip.
