Product details
Business-ready with pre-installed electronics. This version of the Mako Hotend comes with a pre-assembled 50W heating cartridge and a high-precision thermistor, simplifying installation and ensuring reliable thermal response. Specifically designed for the X1E, it integrates perfectly with the printer's electronics and offers plug-and-play convenience for professional environments. GammaMaster: Built to last. The included GammaMaster Fin 0.4 mm nozzle is made from hardened tool steel with a wear-resistant coating, making it ideal for abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark, or metal-filled materials. It maintains its dimensional accuracy even with extended use, reducing the frequency of nozzle replacements. Durable, high-temperature resistant design. The Mako's all-metal housing features grade 5 titanium thermal insulation for optimal thermal isolation and a nickel-plated copper hot block for even heat distribution. With a temperature rating of up to 300 degrees Celsius, this heating unit is suitable for materials such as polycarbonate, PA-CF, ASA, and others. Designed for demanding workflows. Whether you are printing functional prototypes or production-quality parts, the Mako Hotend with GammaMaster nozzle delivers consistent results at high resolution with minimal wear. It is the ideal upgrade for users expecting professional performance from their X1E.
