Silverstone SST-G11313530-RT - USB Type C, USB3.1 Gen.2 Upgrade kit for chassis

With the SilverStone SST-G11313530-RT USB-C upgrade kit, you can easily retrofit USB-C 3.1 Gen. 2 to the front panel of your SilverStone case. The replacement offers not only a USB-C port but also a USB-A port, as well as headphone and microphone jacks.

The adapter is simply plugged into the position of the old USB-A front panel connector and connected to the motherboard. The swap is reversible and can be undone at any time.

Note: According to the USB 3.1 standard, the combined length of external and internal cables must not exceed 1,000 mm to achieve the maximum USB 3.1 Gen 2 speed. Since the internal Type-C cable of the G11313530-RT already measures 600 mm, the external cable must not be longer than 400 mm.
