Silex SX-PS-3200P print server for parallel port printers

The SX-PS-3200P, supporting 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX, enables seamless printer sharing over the network among multiple computers. Simply connect it to a printer with a parallel interface. It also supports IPv6, the next-generation protocol, providing businesses with an easy solution for network printing.

No printer cable required: Since the SX-PS-3200P can be directly connected to a parallel interface, no printer cable is needed.

Client software for printing also available: The client software "SX-Print" is included with the SX-PS-3200P. This makes the printing function more stable than with the standard printing protocols of operating systems.

Remote monitoring of status: The "SX Monitor" software for monitoring printer status allows real-time control of printer status, such as "Out of Paper" or "Printing," using popup notifications.

IPv6 support: IPv6, the next-generation protocol, is supported (IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack support). The SX-PS-3200P can be set up even in a pure IPv6 environment, enabling printing there. Note: IPv6 is not supported under Windows XP.

Security feature (IP filter): By setting an IP address range that can access the SX-PS-3200P, you can control which computers can use printers or multifunction devices.
