Equipped with an FLD glass element and three SLD glass elements, the focus is on high optical performance, optimizing the lens's performance distribution, and minimizing chromatic aberrations. In a super telephoto zoom lens, image quality in the telephoto range is paramount, and this lens delivers excellent performance in that regard. Additionally, distortions are very well corrected across the entire focal length range. To make this super telephoto zoom lens even more mobile for handheld shooting in outdoor settings, it features a removable tripod collar for enhanced user convenience.
