The Sanyo NCR18650GA model is the latest battery from Sanyo/Panasonic, featuring an exceptionally high capacity and discharge rate. The Sanyo cell has been manufactured for industrial applications, e-mobility, laptops, LEDs, model building, and all other areas where powerful and long-lasting batteries are required. The positive terminal is slightly raised, which means that two cells can make contact when placed end to end.

Additional features: Lithium-ion batteries are thermally stable and do not suffer from memory effect. They operate on the basis of lithium and are characterized by a high energy density.

Notes: Charging lithium-ion batteries requires a special charger that charges the batteries according to a specific charging method (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage). The batteries must not be charged above a voltage of 4.2 volts, as this poses a risk of fire and explosion. It is beneficial to charge the batteries only up to about 4.1 volts, as this significantly increases their lifespan and the number of charge cycles.
