This cell is equivalent to the Panasonic NCR18650PD with 2900 mAh. It has nearly identical chemistry and was developed for e-bikes, industrial applications, and mobile uses. With a stable power output, the cell is also suitable for battery holders, model building, LEDs, and mobile applications.
