The Oracle Touch is equipped with the 4 key elements for true Barista quality coffee. An automated touch screen display simplifies the preparation of your favourite coffee. In just three simple steps you can adjust the strength of the coffee, the milk texture or even the temperature to your taste - and then simply save it under your name. Select and save up to 8 personalised coffees. Thanks to automation throughout the entire process, you can quickly and easily select your favourite coffee by wiping your fingertips - whether black, latte or cappuccino, from now on you can enjoy the true Barista quality coffee at home anytime. The built-in cone-shaped grinder grinds, doses and presses 22 grams of coffee automatically - similar to a commercial coffee maker you find in your favourite coffee. The difference between a bland or balanced taste can be based on temperature variations of only 1ºC. The Oracle Touch therefore uses digital temperature control technology (PID) to ensure that the water temperature is always ideal.
The Oracle Touch is equipped with the commercial pressure relief valve (OPV). This limits the maximum pressure during extraction and prevents bitter taste. In addition, the Oracle Touch is equipped with a vacuum pre-infusion, which gradually increases the pressure and thus guarantees an even extraction. A barista quality coffee depends on the right balance between espresso taste and rich micro-milk foam. The milk frother prepares the milk individually according to your taste preferences and preferred temperature - milk foam of true barista quality. The innovative one-touch Americano setting delivers a double espresso and then refills the cup separately with hot water - just like any good commercial machine.
