The portable recorder suspension is a versatile solution for journalists, filmmakers, and anyone recording audio outdoors. This kit combines a windscreen and a suspension system to protect portable digital recorders from wind noise and unwanted vibrations. It is suitable for on-location soundtracks, outdoor broadcasts, podcasts, and radio reports in the field. The suspension features a new 1/4" to 3/8" swivel adapter, allowing it to fit any portable recorder with a 1/4" internal thread. It can be mounted on a 3/8" external thread, a microphone stand, a boom pole, or a camera hot shoe, and the 180° swivel allows for easy alignment with the speaker. The patented Lyre technology provides excellent isolation and durability, making it suitable for use in extreme temperatures.
