Das Backen gelingt mit dem Russel Hobbs sehr gut, wobei der Nutzer nach dem Mischen der Zutaten auch via Timer die Startzeit einstellen kann. Die Kruste des Brotes gelingt dabei ebenso gut wie das Innere. Nur einige Mehlrückstände bleiben nach dem Backen im Gerät.
