This RS PRO Li-Polymer rechargeable battery is the optimal way of adding an autonomous and stable power supply to your project that requires mobility and long-lasting energy supply. Compared to NiMh cells these Li-ion battery packs offer twice as much energy with a low self-discharge. Lithium-ion battery packs are thermally stable and highly resistant to the cold. Flat shaped batteries provide a much higher specific energy than standard lithium batteries and are typically used in applications where weight may be an issue.
