The actual pasta production is done with the cutting attachment of the manual noodle machine. Depending on whether you want to serve house-made tagliatelle or fettuccine, turn the rolled-out dough with the motor drive of 550 W through the corresponding cutting knives for 3 or 9 mm-wide pasta strips.
