Product details

The two converters are simply connected via a twisted pair Cat.5 or Cat.6 cable. This is a hardware solution, so no software is necessary. Another HDMI monitor can be connected to the transmitter side. The range of the HDMI signal can be extended by up to 100 m using the HDMI extension and a Cat.5e or Cat.6 cable. The maximum resolution (nominal) when using a 100 m Cat.6 cable is 1920 x 1200, 1080p. It supports CEC pass-through and stereo audio. An external infrared transmitter allows the use of the remote control of the connected source device. The housing is made of metal.
