With our UHD-capable DisplayPort fibre optic cable, you have the option to connect your devices over a distance of up to 15 metres. The active cable does not require a separate power supply and is particularly well-suited for installation in cable ducts due to its small diameter. It is a hardware solution, meaning no software is necessary. The connectors are equipped with fibre optic transceivers. No external power supply is needed; the cable contains a copper fibre for power. The small dimensions of the connectors and cable ensure that the cable has a smaller diameter than comparable cables made of pure copper, thanks to the fibre optics. The practical connector design prevents the cable from slipping out of the DisplayPort socket.
