There are truly enough compact MIDI controller keyboards on the market, but the feel of the keyboard is often sacrificed to its compact design. With the A-49, it's different - this lightweight, compact instrument features a premium keyboard with full-size keys. It is therefore suitable for all musicians who value a simple, easy-to-use MIDI keyboard with a professional feel.

The keys of the A-49 have rounded edges for a particularly sensitive response to the playing technique and comfortable glissandi. The already extraordinarily low mechanical noise was further reduced, with special emphasis on a wobbly suspension of the keys. The result is a keyboard that will delight even the most discerning professional.

The A-49 has recessed ports on the back, making it ideal for use in front of a computer monitor. Two controls, two buttons and the D-Beam are intelligently arranged for direct access and perfect workflow. Special octave buttons are available to extend the keyboard range. There is also a transpose button for transposing in semitone steps. LED indicators provide a direct overview of the octave/transposition settings. Other settings are made via the Function button, which can be used to activate other functions printed above the keyboard.

Many musicians have started to record musical ideas with the iPad. In contrast to conventional MIDI keyboards with small keys, the A-49 offers an optimal combination of compactness and a professional keyboard for demanding musicians. So you can concentrate fully on the music and don't have to be careful not to miss one of the small keys. The A-49 connects to the iPad via the Apple Camera Connection Kit.
