... Klanglich ist das Khan Pro aber dennoch gefällig und das bislang beste Roccat-Headset. Der Bass ist Gaming-typisch betont, allerdings nicht in dem Maße, dass umliegende Frequenzen in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden oder das Klangbild allzu schwammig oder träge wirkt. Tatsächlich ist die Klangqualität erfreulich und unterhaltsam, das Khan Pro bildet genügend Details ab, um auch etwas feinere Geräusche...
Ohne ein gutes Gaming-Headset sind Zocker in Online-Shootern Kanonenfutter. Umso erstaunlicher, dass nur vier Modelle eine "gute" Note erreichten. Dank ordentlichem Mikro und gutem Klang ist das Logitech G Pro Headset (95 Euro) Testsieger in der Preisklasse bis 100 Euro. Auch mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Sieger Plantronics RIG 600 (80 Euro) hören Zocker gut, müssen aber mit einem schlechteren Mikrofon leben...
Der Begriff „Khan“ stammt ursprünglich aus dem mongolischen Sprachraum und bedeutet so viel wie Anführer oder Kommandant. Roccat aus Hamburg wählt genau diese martialisch anmutende Bezeichnung für sein aktuelles, knapp 100 Euro teures PC- und Konsolen-Headset und setzt damit schon mal ein Zeichen...
Der Klang des Khan Pro überzeugte im Test, beim Mikro muss Hersteller Roccat aber nachbessern: Es überträgt ein störendes Hintergrundrauschen zum Mitspieler - so schlittert das Khan Pro knapp an einer "guten" Endnote vorbei.
Das Roccat Khan Pro beeindruckt mit einem tollen Mikrofon, an dem sich andere Gaming-Headsets messen lassen müssen. Die Sprache wird fast schon auf dem Niveau eines Röhrenmikrofons übertragen! Außerdem bietet das Headset eine in diesem Genre bisher selten anzutreffende Hi-Res-Audio-Zertifizierung...
