Product details

This is the RFduino MicroSD Shield, a tiny add-on board that allows you to read and write microSD cards with your RFduino.

This small shield enables you to access gigabytes of external storage and eliminates one of the few drawbacks of the RFduino board. Like the rest of the RFduino product line, this shield can be mounted anywhere on your stack while still providing a reliable connection.

The MicroSD shield requires a supply voltage of 3.0-3.3 V and has a maximum current draw of 100 mA at peak.

Note: Due to this current draw, you should not use the CR2032 battery.

Features:

  • Supply voltage: 3.0-3.3 V
  • Maximum current draw: 100 mA (peak).
