Revopoint Trackit optical 3D scanner

Markerless 3D scanning with high precision. The dual-camera base station from Trackit continuously tracks the position of the scanner, enabling precise scans of large areas without manual markers or post-processing. The optical tracking system supports efficient scanning of various object sizes and orientations, while automatic calibration ensures consistent accuracy.

Two laser scanning modes. With a 30-line blue cross laser, Trackit quickly scans large surfaces—even dark or reflective materials—at up to 1.5 million points per second. The single-line blue laser accurately captures deep holes, narrow grooves, and complex geometries.

Robust construction and flexible working area. The lightweight yet stable carbon fiber frame guarantees structural integrity even under demanding conditions. With a tracking volume of up to 3.26 × 2.85 m at 4 m, both small components and entire vehicles can be scanned.

Optimized setup and workflows. The automatic calibration of the dual-axis gimbal reduces setup time by about 50% compared to manual methods and eliminates human error. The system also supports handheld scanning and can easily capture large or segmented objects.

Software and output formats. The included Revo Trackit software provides real-time preview, automatic networking, editing, and export to formats such as PLY, OBJ, STL, and FBX. Revo Measure/Design supports scan-to-CAD processes, measurement analyses, and form and position tolerances.
