  Well worth it, should have a longer lifespan than some of the other electronics around the house (mini drones, etc.)

  Good mix of science learning and just fun. 13 year son really likes it, sometimes just driving it around like a toy, sometimes trying to design more complex tasks.

  Pro

  • Relatively indestructable, waterproof,
  • Mix of fun and educational aspects
  • Good battery life

  Contra

  • Limited power outside, struggles with grassy surfaces even with nobby rubber cover
  • Complicated to figure out which apps work with SPRK+ and which work with other models
  • Many of the sphero game apps don't work with SPRK+ model

  Amazing gadget for children and adults

  This is exactly what was expected. Amazing robot with a lot of interactivity options. The programming is very simple and my kid (7 years old) is already learning some basic programming notions, he simply loves it.
  Be aware of the compatibility of this device with your tablet or phone, older devices will not support it. more
