purchased this productPC 363D or PC 373D?!
Before this headset, I had the PC 363D which broke after 4 years. I bought this headset with high expectations because the PC 363D was already so good.
Not much has changed in terms of appearance, but the cables are no longer sleeved (which I find very weak for a headset costing CHF 250).
The software now has a graphic design, but the functions you get are weaker than the ones you lost. With the PC 363D you could set whether mono, stereo, 5.1 or 7.1, with the PC 373D you can only adjust the sound via a simple equalizer (more highs or lows). Which I find very unnecessary, because the sound is then no longer beautiful at all.Pro
- Very light.
- Good wearing comfort.
- Very good sound.
- User-friendly software without many functions.
- Possibility to output gamesound/voice separately.
Contra
- No sleeved cables.
- Worse configuration options than the predecessor.

purchased this productYou will definitely get your money's worth!
Very good as usual with Sennheiser. The few possible adjustments are enough. The cable is long enough. The audio quality is top notch, although I would recommend turning off the Dolby, especially in games.
Pro
- An e-sport mode
- Top audio quality
- Some welcome audio adjustments (game, music, e-sport)
- Easy to install and use
Contra
- Plastic finish a little bit poor for the price
- No fine tuning (e.g. bass level)
