Rollei

For maximum ease of use, it is recommended to have a removable disk for each unit. These disks are small and light, allowing them to remain permanently mounted without disturbance. With just one click, you can attach the devices to the tripod head and switch back to freehand photography just as quickly.

Conveniently use your tripod quick-change plate. If you already utilize the capabilities for long-term exposure, precise image design in macro photography, or panoramas with a Rollei tripod and the tripod head FPH 62Q or T3 S, consider expanding your equipment with a set of two QAL-50 quick-change plates. Equip your second camera or camcorder for video recordings with these coupling plates, enabling you to use your devices at any time for creative picture creation or professional video panning from the tripod.

Simply screw the exchangeable plate QAL-50 under your camera. It fits any standardized thread with a 1/4 inch diameter. No tools are needed for assembly, as the tripod screw in the plate features a practical bracket that allows you to easily tighten the screw by hand. Alternatively, you can use a coin or a key for tightening. The quick-release plate has four rubber inserts on the camera side, preventing the camera from twisting, even when equipped with a heavy lens or when taking pictures in portrait format. To optimally position the plate under the housing, the screw can be moved in the objective direction before tightening, allowing for flexible adjustment to the thread position in the camera.

If you have several tripods and heads available, consider which accessories from your photo equipment can be placed on a tripod, possibly via an adapter. With multiple flashes, you can create studio-like lighting effects, and with an external monitor, you can maintain control over image design and focus.
