Good pasta machine, good pasta and quickly cleaned again.
The pasta is quick and easy to make and tastes delicious. Cleaning the machine is also very easy. Unfortunately, the lasagne attachment (pasta sheets) broke the first time I used it (the metal part, of course). There were no problems with any of the plastic attachments. Now I would have to return the whole machine as Phillips is unable to supply a replacement lasagne attachment individually. 1 star deduction for this lousy service from the manufacturer.

Nice to have, but not a must if you like to experiment. Because then you hardly have a free hand except with the included recipes.
if you follow the instructions for the dough exactly, it works. Minimal changes have all failed, unfortunately. Pasta with a majority of semolina and egg works best, no matter which die is used. The easiest way to clean it is to put it in the freezer for a short time. The rest of the cleaning is unproblematic and quick.

I have had the appliance since Christmas and am very satisfied. The integrated scale makes it very easy to use. I have been experimenting with different types of flour. In my opinion, a mixture of durum wheat semolina medium and durum wheat semolina with egg works really well. Cleaning is very easy because the appliance can be easily dismantled. I bought additional nice moulds at pastidea.com. With these moulds, the squeezing takes a little longer, but there are many nice moulds available.
I also use the machine in the evening after work to make pasta. It's really a great machine with great results.Pro

It's fun to make your own pasta. You have to be very careful that the ratio of flour to water is exactly right, which is calculated and displayed with the help of the internal scales. If you do not keep to this, the pasta production will not work.
