A cheap one will do.
Housing is made of cheap plastic. Price too high for this product. Could have taken one for 6.90 CHF.

OK but superfluous
Adapters actually work well, but you hardly need them these days. The sockets output a stereo signal anyway, even if you only use one socket. Tested on Emirates Airbus 380-800 and Boeing 777-300 (year 2024) you can hear on both sides, left and right, even without this adapter. Perhaps on very old aircraft it can still happen that you only get sound on one side without the adapter.
