Non-use = e-waste
After about a year of non-use, the built-in battery is so deeply discharged that the device can no longer be recharged.
Unfortunately, I can now dispose of the device.
Replaceable batteries would be more practical and would make the product last longer.Pro
- handy
- practical
Contra
- Built-in rechargeable battery

purchased this productVery good workmanship, software sucks
The presenter/pointer is elegant and of high quality. The USB stick for computers on which the software is not installed or can not be installed is a practical idea and works perfectly. There would be 5 stars if the software would not be so annoying.
The software is, in my opinion, not sophisticated. The highlighting feature works fine on my (plural) Macs (OS 10.15.5), but the magnification feature doesn't work at all. Also, I can't start a presentation via "Play/Start Presentation" in Apple Keynote, Google Slides, or Microsoft PowerPoint. I first have to start the presentation "manually" on the Mac and then the Presenter buttons work. Since I don't own a Windows machine, I can't say if it works better on that operating system.
I contacted Logitech support and only when asked (after over 1 week), received a completely vague and inappropriate response to my problem. In the ticket I described in detail what my concern was, but it was either not read or not understood.
Logitech is a top hardware manufacturer and I am very happy with some of their products (e.g. iPad keyboard), but this is not the first pointer I have bought from them, and already with the last one the operation was not satisfactory. Too bad.Pro
