Good compared to other ergonomic mice, but who comes from other Logitech mice will be disappointed.

The MX Vertical feels very good in the hand, as advertised, and also feels very high quality. Especially compared to other ergonomic mice (e.g. Microsoft Sculpt), the mouse is clearly of higher quality and also more comfortable to work with due to the high resolution. Subjectively, the mouse buttons do not feel as high-quality as those of the MX Master.

Unfortunately, the scroll wheel is a huge drawback: it is on the level of a 5th mouse. If you're coming from an MX Master or similar, you'll definitely be disappointed, and that's also the reason why the MX Vertical will only be used as a second mouse for me. Too bad and somewhat incomprehensible that Logitech does not build in a 130.- mouse.

Switching the cursor speed works perfectly, but requires the Logitech Options software. On office PCs, this can therefore unfortunately not be used depending on the. Another observation: the corresponding button is not a standard HID button and can therefore not be used under Linux or even under Windows as a power user for other purposes.

    Pro

    • Lies very well in the hand, pleasant hand position
    • High quality material

    Contra

    • Scroll wheel can not switch between precise and fast
    • Switching the cursor speed needs Logitech Options software
    • Cursor speed toggle button not usable under Linux
    • Keys feel less high-quality than on an MX Master

After getting used to the new handling, working with this mouse is much more pleasant than with a conventional mouse.

Highly recommended - both for work and at home

    Pro

    • Significant relief at work
    • Cool design
    • Extremely precise working with the DPI button
    • Flow software

    Contra

    • It takes a little time to get used to the new handling

    Not worth the money

For me, it is not as comfortable as advertised.
It's too big to hold in the fingers and uncomfortable to hold with the whole hand.
It's too flat under the fingers and there's no room for the ball of the thumb.
    Either my hand
or my forearm gets tired faster than with my last ergonomic mouse from Microsoft.

The scroll wheel is simply miserable (no switching to fast-scroll, terribly strict middle-click) and the forward and backward buttons are also badly placed.

A compartment for stowing the Unifying receiver is also missing

And, completely irrelevant, but the icing on the cake is the wrong URL printed in the instructions, which provides #404.

I would have expected better for 129.
If I hadn't thrown away the packaging, I would have sent it straight back.

Edit: after years of use, I've got more used to it. I'm still annoyed that there's no room for the ball of the thumb, but above all the rubber is quite loose, as with many Logitech mice. At least it's 'crumbly' and not sticky.

    Pro

    • usb-c/unifying/bluetooth

    Contra

    • Price
    • Functionality/buttons/scrolling
    • Rubber crumbles

    Good and comfortable mouse

I thought about buying the mouse for a long time, but the review at Digitec convinced me. I've had the mouse for a week now and I can say it's better than anything I've had before....
But you also have to say that you need
a certain size of hand to be happy with it. Small hands won't be able to cope with the mouse properly. It fits my hand.
It's a pity that the scroll wheel is fixed. I liked the "Fast Scroll" (that's what I call it), i.e. the unhooking of the lock when scrolling. Unfortunately, it's no longer available here.

    Pro

    • Position is actually more relaxed
    • Lies well in the hand

    Contra

    • Scroll wheel is fixed, i.e. no Fast Scroll possible as with the MX Master

Super solution for all those who often have to click around with the mouse!

I had problems with my wrist because I often have to work very long and precisely with the mouse for several days and nights. This mouse definitely feels much better and my pain went away suddenly. It was a bit of an adjustment at first, but after a few hours you get used to it. The price is a bit high, probably because of the many features that I don't really need.

    Pro

    • Easy on the wrist
    • Comfortable

    Contra

    • Expensive
