Hello you
Sooo, I think you've already read some reviews and what the others say is accurate.
First of all, I'll explain the weight. It's like this, there can be noisy mobile devices in the front, the gravitational field creates force on those bodies, which in turn pull on the keyboard.
Nonsense aside, the keyboard is technically designed to be heavy so that it cannot tip over when too many devices are retracted at the front, which is probably why lead weights were built in. But it has to be said that it is regularly heavy, so the centre of gravity is also the centre of gravity.
I find the round keys not only peaceful to look at, but they help me as a (moderately good) 10 finger typist to find the keys better blindly and to hit them better, maybe it's just me.
The materials are pretty cool, feels very soft and comfortable, the white hard rubber only bothers me a little the black pigments in the white, but that's my preference.
The negative point for me is the function keys (please read to the end). Function keys are F1 to F12 (and insert), these are not standard, they are activated with the "fn" (probably function key) plus the respective function key. That's pretty stupid, because I definitely don't need the standard functions that often and I'm used to it differently. But you can get around this problem with the "Logitech Options" software, because you can change it exactly like that. The software is simply suggested as a Windows pop-up after a while, otherwise simply download it.
You also have to think about software updates now, as this keyboard is not just a keyboard, but an intelligent device, after all, it not only has a small radio transmitter, but also Bluetooth functions.
I find the key overview a little complicated, but I haven't had a new keyboard for a long time, and it's supposed to support all systems, so now I just don't know what's normal.
I am really satisfied, if I still have something would have bicycle chain, then I still report.

Works perfectly. With Mac OSX Sierra, it took three attempts before the connection was accepted, but this only happens the first time. All other devices (iPad, iPhone) connect immediately and the switch between the three devices works seamlessly. Great keyboard stroke and successful design, which holds tablets and phones stably even with a cover. I can only recommend it!

I have tried a few keyboards in my past. The typing feel on the K780 is similar to the Microsoft Surface Keyboard it requires a little more pressure but still very comfortable. Certainly better than the Apple keyboards from my point of view.
Compared to the Mx Keys, I would go for the K780.
It's a great keyboard for use with Windows and mac devices.
