Short service life
The printer we purchased in August 2020 was showing streaks when printing, due to clogged drums. There are no plans for the printer to be cleaned by the user during maintenance operations. Support sent videos of the printer being dismantled for cleaning. I broke a simple plastic connector during disassembly and the printer cannot be repaired. It's just unacceptable to have to throw away such an excellent printer.
Printer OK, scanner terrible
The feeder on the scanner is not capable of handling multiple pages. It often takes several pages at a time in the feeder or clogged.

Very disappointed by the difficulty of installing the scanner in USB mode. Despite the help of a computer specialist we did not succeed. The scanner does not work.

After 25 months, an internal print exploded. Printer reacted with smoke signals.
The repair is no longer on goodwill, because the warranty expires after 24 months.
Now I have to throw it away, because even a repair is no longer worth it anyway....
