Krups EA8161
The coffee machine I received 27/9/2024 came in a box that was opened and re-taped. The machine was poorly wrapped, the manual was worn (it shows signs of being read before). There was a milk stain on the tray! The milk frothing pipe leaks water from joints during the cleaning cycle.
Clearly, I was sent an item that was not new when I purchased a new item (not labeled as used) at full price.
