purchased this productGreat and innovative product, but QA leaves a lot to be desired
As a professional drone pilot and instructor of drone pilots, I have been using DJI products for years. Until now with great satisfaction and very few problems. The more annoying it is when you then just with such an expensive product has technical problems which could be prevented with a better QA. As a computer scientist and technology freak, I am absolutely aware that a defect can occur anywhere at any time. But when you are looking forward to an exciting and expensive product and then the device is unusable due to a technical defect in the camera, you are naturally annoyed, whether you want to be or not. The timing is also very unfortunate, as we are now in the middle of the fawn rescue season. Nevertheless, after my previous extensive and long-term experience with DJI products, I can recommend the Mavic 2 EA as well as all other DJI drones with a clear conscience. That's why I've turned many a budding drone pilot into a satisfied DJI customer with my recommendations. Let's see how fast DJI responds to my request.
