I bought this machine mainly to knead the plaited dough. However, the operating instructions contain the following information! Short-term operation: Do not operate the appliance with heavy dough for longer than 5 minutes and then allow the appliance
cool down for 10 minutes. This is unusable. Machine packed up again and returned.Contra

The device was sent with a German plug with an add-on. I ordered via a Swiss website and received a device from Germany that didn't even work.

When doughing 500gr flour you think it tears the whole upper area it has too little power for this, it is a very soft dough which is rarely the case with bread.Pro
