I previously had the QL-810W... I had to press the WPS button briefly and then it was connected to the WLAN and accessible with all devices and the P-Touch APP.
NOT SO WITH THE QL-810WC!!!
With the QL-810WC, the device must first be connected to a PC or MAC via USB cable. In my case a MAC, but which MAC still has USB-A ports...
So I had to look for an adapter to connect the device to the Mac.
Then I had to search for the software on the Brother website and install it on the MAC. Software, driver and P-Touch. Only then can the device be set to wifi in the software. Then press WPS and connect to the router, then finally the P-Touch will work on Mac, iPhone etc. I just hope that the whole thing doesn't have to be reset in the event of a power failure. Brother should be ashamed to sell such a product. If you have the chance, buy the QL-810W WITHOUT THE C, it's much better and easier to integrate into the network!

Config via usb doesn't seem to work, loss of network memory after power cut. In wps ok, bad handling on my part? Cartridge installed 54x17mm, printer config 60x60 (in advanced properties)... no automatic recognition of roll size?

Good label printer. But why are the rolls only available with a plastic holder?

Everything can be seen on the website and is easy to use. Just prefer to have a Habd book to hand.
Great labels that stick well.
