Raise3D PET Support Filament 1kg

A cost-effective break-away support material designed for composite filaments. The Raise3D Industrial PET Support Filament is a breakable support material specifically developed for FFF printing with fiber-reinforced filaments. Unlike support materials made from the same material, the PET filament is easier to remove, allowing for detailed surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Compared to water-soluble support materials, PET supports are an ideal alternative to BVOH or PVA due to their lower moisture absorption and good cost-performance ratio.

Compatibility: PET CF, PET GF, and other CF filaments. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles and higher quality nozzles.

• Support material for PET CF and PET GF
• For large overhangs and cavities

Printing Parameters:

• Nozzle temperature: 260°C - 300°C
• Print bed temperature: 60°C - 80°C
• Layer height: 0.1 mm - 0.25 mm (0.4 mm nozzle)
• Print speed: 35 mm/s - 120 mm/s
• Fan: on
• Drying temperature: 70°C - 80°C for 8 - 12 hours

Printing Notes:
It is recommended to use a hardened steel, tungsten steel, or ruby nozzle to avoid nozzle wear. Dry the PET support for 8-12 hours at 70-80°C before printing, as low moisture content is crucial for the quality of the printed parts. PET support is moisture-sensitive and should be stored and used under dry conditions (ambient humidity below 15%).
