The Hyper Core filament line is designed for a new generation of professional and industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®. Fiber-reinforced composite filaments are the ideal material for the production of industrial and end-user parts, as well as for high-performance applications requiring high strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. However, high-speed printing with fiber-reinforced filament presents many challenges, such as reduced flowability and poorer quality of interlayer adhesion, as well as faster nozzle wear.
