Its ergonomic design allows you to move the mouse automatically with your forearm instead of just your hand, preventing overuse complaints like RSI. The HE Break Mouse has a rounded shape, allowing your hand and wrist to adopt a natural, relaxed position. It fits comfortably in your hand and supports all fingers.

Whether you are left- or right-handed, there are different versions and sizes available, ensuring the mouse fits every hand. The LED color signals in the mouse indicate how healthily you are working and when it's time for a break. The mouse encourages you to take breaks more frequently, which is important for avoiding overexertion. This stimulates blood circulation and helps you stay fit at work. During use, the LED changes color, similar to a traffic light: green means "You are working in a healthy way," orange indicates that it's time for a break, and red signals that you have been working too long.
