I can't get the printer to work. Supplies always lights up red. Does anyone know about this printer? I need help with the configuration. Would also pay for it, of course.

Good day I am looking for a label printer that can print removable labels and "type plates" which are very difficult to remove and have to last a long time (notebook labelling).
