The solar cells have a maximum output of 21W, the battery 18W at 5V and maximum.

That's a good question, and I thought about it for a moment. But Digitec would be cutting itself off because of the extra work. And if the product is defective, you as a customer have a simple warranty process anyway.
Hi, yes mine broke super quickly too, I haven't tried returning it yet. But the product is really not cool.
