As the powerbank has no IP rating, it should not be used outdoors. However, if it is well protected, this is not a problem. I use it mainly for camping. The performance of the powerbank is really good.
Digitec has been recalling this product for a long time.
Energy / power = time.
To 20-25% (depending on the efficiency of the inverter)
You probably received a product that another user returned. This has also happened to me, I contacted Digitec/Galaxus and was refunded 10% of the purchase price.
ok I have already measured it myself and still wanted to tell you. My power supply draws 120W with 230V and 0.5A at full load, so everything should run perfectly.
Not suitable for emergency power, for which there are the APC models. https://www.digitec.ch/de/brand/apc-44?q=apc
Yes, it works perfectly
Hello Rumpli81 I can confirm that I had a device connected to the battery, which I operate at home from the normal socket in the flat. This worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I don't understand very much about electricity either, but I interpret that 200W is more the capacity and the voltage is 220V (volts). Doesn't your power supply say 230V? In my opinion, the voltage in the household is 230V, so it should fit well. The specification says: DC 5V/3.1A, 2 x DC 5V/3.4A, 2 x AC 220V/50Hz 200W. As I said, the voltage is pretty much the same as in the household and the capacity lasts as long as it lasts. I estimate that I can charge my notebook about twice. I was able to supply my consumer device with power for about 16 hours at a time.
Basically it works, but I could not fully charge the e-bike battery. One problem is that charging stops after a short time. I had this problem with the TV, where the power cut off after a short time. I was able to solve this by also connecting a mobile phone to the power bank via the USB port for charging. The TV then ran until the end of the battery capacity. I have not yet tried this with the e-bike.
Could be theoretically possible, the input of the powerbank is DC 24V/2A. However, you would have to make the appropriate cable yourself. But whether it makes sense to charge another battery with one...
No, the maximum output of the powerbank is 150 watts - an average electric car draws at least 2500 watts and the capacity would be far too small anyway.
Hi there, We're sorry. The link is not working anymore. Which laptop would you like to charge?
Hello Ralphs, The AL490 has 149.7 Wh. If you want to take it with you on the plane, we recommend that you discuss this with the relevant airline, as more and more often powerbanks >100Wh are not allowed on the plane. Best regards, Xtorm Team
No, unfortunately this powerbank cannot be charged via a USB connection.
No, unfortunately not.
With a laptop it shouldn't be a problem, but with a computer the power consumption is much higher and so it might not last long.
Hello The Xtorm AL490 AC Pro is suitable for operating the speaker via 220v. To prevent the output from switching off prematurely, a smartphone, tablet or other electronic device can be connected to the USB port of the Xtorm.
I haven't really found anything about this on the internet. I could imagine that the power is split if you connect both at the same time. If in doubt, I would have them checked.
