Question about Xtorm AL490 AC Pro

I bought this powerbank and unfortunately my 220V lamps are not as bright as they should be. Is the voltage dropping? The lamps have a power of 7.5W (LED bulb).

I haven't really found anything about this on the internet. I could imagine that the power is split if you connect both at the same time. If in doubt, I would have them checked.
